We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please log into your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section. From there, you can request a return label for any eligible item. Please note that notifying us through your account is required; simply refusing a delivery does not qualify as a formal return.
Please pack the items you wish to return in their original, unused condition and packaging. Bouquets must be returned in their entirety; we cannot accept returns if any individual flowers are missing.
Delivery times depend on your location:
Finland: 1–3 business days.
EU Countries: 3–7 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.
We ship to Finland and Sweden.

All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes and duties. No additional charges are applicable on delivery. Local customs laws may apply.
