We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please log into your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section. From there, you can request a return label for any eligible item. Please note that notifying us through your account is required; simply refusing a delivery does not qualify as a formal return. Please pack the items you wish to return in their original, unused condition and packaging. Bouquets must be returned in their entirety; we cannot accept returns if any individual flowers are missing.
Delivery times depend on your location: Finland: 1–3 business days. EU Countries: 3–7 business days. Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.
We ship to Finland and Sweden.

All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes and duties. No additional charges are applicable on delivery. Local customs laws may apply.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fjorastudios.com
FJORA Studios is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. You can also reach out to us at info@fjorastudios.com so we can assist you in the process.
