At Fjora Studios, we strive to deliver your orders carefully and efficiently. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Finland: 1–3 business days.
  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Prices are include customs, duties and taxes. Fjora Studios is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 


5. Damaged Items

Fjora Studios is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. You can also reach out to us at info@fjorastudios.com so we can assist you in the process.


6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
